**Position Summary**
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for creating and executing a business plan that identifies new sales opportunities for Account Executives while supporting Southland Energy’s strategic business goals. The BDM will capitalize on industry trends, develop key industry relationships, and closely coordinate with Acquisition Teams to achieve growth and sales goals. Accountable for recognizing industry trends, identifying business opportunities, and establishing client relationships that result in project opportunities.
