2. Agency & Cluster Performance
Partner T2/T3 leaders to drive production growth and professionalism across assigned clusters or segments.
Engage managers regularly to reinforce activity discipline and execution standards, and identify early signals relating to productivity or conduct risks, working with relevant teams before escalation.
3. Sales Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and execute sales and business growth campaigns and initiatives, within advisory standards to prevent aggressive sales tactics, and aligned to:
