Role: Business Development Manager

Salary: 50K/ 60K + Package & Commission

The Business Development Manager is a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for leading the commercial and client-facing functions of the business, including account management, business development, and customer service.

The role is to drive strategic relationships, develop new business opportunities, and oversee the sales handover process to operations to secure profitable construction schemes up to the value of 20m. The role is pivotal in aligning sales with the company's commercial objectives, customer expectations, and growth strategy.
