Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
Supervises the sales activities of all sales engineers particularly in the areas of coverage, sales closing, sales servicing and collection.
Continuously monitors sales performances of the individual sales engineers and ensure that all sales targets per product lines are met or surpassed.
Closely coordinate with Marketing Support Group with the end objectives of harmoniously serving the requirements of the clients from pre-sales to after-sales service requirements.

Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision makers.
