Onboard and expand the network of brokers engaging with the Company’s digital offerings specifically in Midlands, Wales, and NorfolkImprove broker performance metrics such as quote volumes and hit ratios within the regionSupport SME business migration from commercial and operational perspectives in these territoriesCollaborate with Marketing to generate leads and enhance brand presence locallySecuring deals of significant size and identifying new distribution opportunities within the regionExperience required:
Strong business and commercial acumen, especially within the UK digital insurance marketEstablished digital broker network in the Midlands, Wales, and NorfolkExcellent negotiation and commercial awareness skillsDeep understanding of digital insurance and FinTech trends
