Job Description

• Develop and perform all marketing and sales activities in the assigned market.
• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• Plan, organise and control department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc.
• Resources and manpower planning to maximise utilisation to meet the sales target.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Set targets to himself/herself as well as sales executives.
• Supervise, motivate and monitor sales team performance.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Plan and organise market research, competitor and customer surveys.
