On behalf of a long‑standing client in the premium fresh produce industry, we’re looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help drive new revenue within London’s high‑end hospitality sector. This is a key commercial hire with the goal of bringing in someone who truly understands the food scene and how to speak the language of chefs and restaurateurs.

This role would suit someone with a background in fine dining or hospitality, such as an ex‑chef, restaurant manager, or someone who has previously worked in sales within the food industry and who is now ready to take ownership of new business generation in a fast‑paced, growing business.
