Beyond Talent Solutions is working with a growing, family-owned recycling business.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and ambitious Business Development Manager to join an established sales team, covering the Derby area. This field based role offers the opportunity to develop new business, build long‑term customer relationships, and contribute to the continued success of a well-established organisation. Some attendance at head office for meetings and training will be required.

Working Hours

Typically Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, door‑to‑door prospecting, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a bespoke CRM system.
