MAIN MISSION
To supply the Group with qualified opportunities: acquisitions, startups, Padel One franchisees, and African brokerage deals. The Business Development Manager is the engine of external growth, activating the network and securing deals before others.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and qualifying investment and growth opportunities
- Evaluating opportunities in the restaurant and retail sectors
- Developing and managing a network of business introducers and partners
- Managing franchise development in targeted regional markets
- Originating deals in French-speaking and emerging African markets
- Preparing investment files for Management
- Conducting commercial negotiations through to closing
- Representing the Group at key events and within influential networks
- Daily reporting to Management on the current pipeline of opportunities...
