Sales Representative – South Africa

As a Sales Representative for South Africa, you will be responsible for the specification and sales of Gerflor’s product ranges across key market sectors. You will report directly to the West Africa Export Manager and collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Assistance, and Credit.

Primary Responsibilities Achieve the sales budget and develop new business Analyze the market: competition, potential, key players Recommend strategic actions based on market opportunities Manage and support existing distributors Identify and appoint new distributors Promote Gerflor products to specifiers: architects, designers, builders, etc. Sell to flooring contractors, general contractors, and end users Implement the company’s pricing policy Organize Lunch & Learn sessions with specifiers Track key projects and update CRM tools Participate in trade shows and roadshows Provide market intelligence o...
