+ Develop and execute a new business acquisition strategy across key European automotive Tier customers

+ Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities in electrification and battery protection

+ Act as the primary commercial interface for assigned prospects and accounts

+ Engage cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing
