Support projects covering Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk. Excellent opportunity to gain first hand insights into e-commerce operations specifically in areas such as logistic fulfilment, return & refund processes etc Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support the development and implementation of key initiatives Review and automate data collection and aggregation processes to build dashboards for management reporting Support data investigation by reviewing and tidying raw data to derive meaningful insights to support operational excellence Collaborate with other functional teams to drive business insights and improvements
Requirements:
