This role is responsible for acquiring new clients for outsourced payroll and HR operations services. The focus is on building strong relationships with business owners, founders, and decision makers, understanding their payroll and compliance needs, and converting opportunities into long term client partnerships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and prospect potential clients including SMEs, startups, and international companies operating or entering the UAE.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for payroll outsourcing and HR operations services.
