Job description

  • Identify and approach Chinese investors/partners.

  • Analyze client needs, propose solutions, and prepare bidding documents, quotations, and contracts.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and Chinese business associations in Vietnam.

  • Coordinate with the departments to prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.

  • Organize kick-off meetings; act as a cultural and linguistic bridge between internal teams and Chinese clients.

  • Participate in commercial and legal negotiations.

  • Update and periodically evaluate the partner database (KPIs, capabilities, reputation).

  • Collect macroeconomic data, FDI policies, tax regulations, and legal procedures relevant to Chinese investors.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on capital flows, new projects, competitors, risks, and opportunities.
