Paragon Alpha is partnering with a leading quantitative hedge fund seeking to hire a Business Data Analyst to join its expanding Business Data & Analytics team.

This role offers broad exposure across data, analytics, and business functions, working closely with stakeholders across the firm to transform internal and external data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include building analytical tools and dashboards, performing advanced data analysis, managing the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field, alongside strong Python and data analysis skills. Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical tools is highly desirable.
