ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines is a joint venture between Globe, Ayala and STT GDC. The role focuses on leading and ensuring the successful implementation of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program across divisional and site levels.

Responsibilities

• Co‑own the BCM Program, taking full accountability for its successful implementation at the Division level.
• Coach assigned Groups or Divisions, facilitate goal‑oriented BCM program planning, and ensure buy‑in and ownership by Divisional Planners and Functional Champions.
• Provide general direction to site managers on the facilitation of regular site assessment and audit of mission‑critical sites.
• Supervise implementation by concerned groups of site‑wide and area‑wide full blown exercises.
