Business Application Support Specialist – Finance (80-100%)
This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable banking application environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, resolve and troubleshoot all functional support issues for finance and accounting applications.
- Participate in quality controls and documentation of new application release notes.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and the service is on time and reliable.
- Escalate major incidents to the incident management team to ensure timely resolution.
- Organize and manage regular meetings with bank partners for escalated cases and monitor the backlog of tickets closely.
- Analyze balance sheets in SAP.
- Ensure quality training for bank users.
- Participate in new application release testing.
- Work closely with development and production teams.
