The SVP, Card Member Benefits Analytics will lead the strategy to enhance our card member benefits portfolio through two core functions:
**Optimizing Engagement:** Driving the marketing and targeting for existing benefits, including premier partnerships in Travel, Entertainment and Dining, and our suite of Travel and purchase (extended warranty) protection benefits.
**Driving Growth:** Analyzing the economics of the benefits programs and developing business cases for new investments and strategic partnerships.
Success in this role requires building strategies based on analytically derived insights, robust financial modeling and impact forecasting. SVP will collaborate extensively with functional teams—including Card Product, Marketing, Risk, and Technology—and external partners to evaluate, assess, develop, and launch initiatives that boost benefit utilization, and profitability.
