Your missions

• Define ‘As Is’ processes, identify pain points, and design ‘To Be’ processes in collaboration with the Process Manager


• Formalize business requirements as EPICs and FEATURES, document them according to project management standards and in tools such as CONFLUENCE and JIRA


• Organize workshops, interviews, and other collaborative sessions to understand end-user and management needs


• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for each EPIC
