What you’ll be doing

• Leading and developing a team of 6+ Business Analysts across multiple locations
• Acting as the escalation point for BA and business queries
• Managing workload, priorities, and performance of the team
• Supporting project delivery across WMS, TMS and system integrations (EDI)
• Partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver robust solutions
• Overseeing UAT, system improvements, and service performance (SLAs)
• Driving continuous improvement within warehouse and logistics systems
