Role: Business Analyst

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements;
• Identify system enhancement opportunities and translating business needs into business requirement documents;
• Review implementation plans, manage application product backlogs, and collaborate with business stakeholders, external parties, and ICT providers for operational, maintenance, and enhancement activities;
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts such as using Tricentis Tosca for functional and regression testing across frontend, backend, and integration workflows;
• Validate system enhancements against business expectations, track and manage defects from creation to closure, and ensure project delivery compliance with relevant policies and guidelines;
