We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the discovery, analysis, validation, and delivery of digital solutions.

This role is expected to be approximately 90% execution-focused and 10% strategic , requiring the candidate to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, designers, developers, testers, and operations teams to understand user needs, document requirements, support solution design, and validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives.

The candidate should be comfortable engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, analysing business processes, translating needs into clear requirements, and supporting Agile delivery. The role requires someone who does not simply document what is requested, but seeks to understand the underlying problem, challenge existing ways of working where appropriate, and propose practical improvements.
