            Job Description  Key Responsibilities  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document ESG related requirements. 
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for data and analytics solutions. 
Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to design and implement ESG reporting and analytics solutions. 
Analyze ESG datasets e.g. carbon emissions, sustainability metrics, compliance data to identify trends and insights. 
Support the development of ESG dashboards, KPIs and performance tracking frameworks. 
Ensure alignment with global ESG standards and frameworks e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB. 
Assist in defining data models, data governance and data quality standards for ESG reporting. 
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate system outputs against requirements.
