The SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst serves as the primary link between business operations and technical execution. The purpose of this role is to lead the transformation of business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring that the S/4HANA implementation drives operational efficiency and adheres to industry best practices. By championing a Fit-to-Standard approach, this individual ensures the system architecture supports long-term business goals while minimizing technical debt and project risk.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

+ Process Optimization: Championing a Process-First and Fit-to-Standard approach to minimize costly system customizations.

+ Gap Analysis: Identifying where business needs diverge from standard SAP capabilities and recommending functional solutions.
