PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Operations, Management, IT, and/or Finance/Accounting team members to identify Business Process Improvements across multiple products and services Analyze data, gather information, and document current processes, including inputs, outputs, tasks, and dependenciesIdentify areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in existing processes and design automated workflows where feasibleCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business goals, requirements, and challengesWork closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, including process re-engineering and automation Support software implementation and process improvement initiatives, including development and implementation of requirements, testing, training, and user support Maintain product backlog across multiple products and s...
