Job Description

Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement

• Elicit, analyse and validate business requirements with stakeholders
• Analyse current‑state (as‑is) processes, systems and data flows
• Define future‑state (to‑be) processes, capabilities and operating models
• Develop fit‑for‑purpose artefacts including requirements documentation, process maps, business cases and user stories (where applicable)
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage scope and change impacts
