Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the State of New York's Department of Social Services (DSS) in various critical IT initiatives. The ideal candidates should have 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and conducting user acceptance testing, 4+ years of experience using Business Analysis tools such as JIRA, Balsamiq, MS Visio, and 4+ years of experience designing Data Models and Application Prototypes.
