Business Analyst, IT Retail Sys

**Overall Job Summary**

This position is responsible for analyzing and defining retail systems, processes and user needs.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**

+ Perform and/or coordinate configuration changes for applications in the area of responsibility.
+ Define, analyze, and evaluate existing business functions and processes and makes recommendations to management on opportunities for process improvements.
+ Meet with business partners, project managers, and vendor partners to determine project scope and vision, set system goals, identify and resolve system issues, and lead prioritization of build items.
+ Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
