Business Analyst Insurance Manager

Purpose

Leads and completes the elicitation of business requirements and their translation into solution requirements to ensure their implementation throughout the project life cycle. This role will generally involve the coordination of work of other Business Analysts to deliver the required deliverables or will be a more technical role delivering multiple requirements as part of a moderate to large high risk independent project.

Key Accountabilities

• Describes as-is-to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process.
• They are able to adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies.
• They plan, conduct facilitate elicitation sessions and ensure production of associated deliverables.
