Position Summary: The Business Analyst works in the IT department to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies for the company. The Business Analyst works with the business user to determine cause of issues and determines appropriate personnel involvement and provides ongoing support and resolution to clients.
Essential Functions:

+ Gather functional business requirements and work with Developers to draft technical documentation.

+ Participate in meetings with Developers and team members.

+ Partner with Developers to troubleshoot technical issues and participant in testing.

+ Maintain current system operational knowledge and documentation.

+ Provide ongoing support and resolution to clients.

+ Acts as a liaison between business user and information systems by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
