As a Business Analyst you’ll focus on translating customer and business requirements into a software design that fits within the Vista framework and helps to shape the future of our technical evolution.

What you’ll be doing

• Directly involved in scoping, requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design, your collaborative and consultative approach is required to ensure that the proposed design has the buy-in of stakeholders at all levels across the business.
• Working alongside the product team and account managers, you’ll uncover both functional and non‑functional requirements, working closely with engineering squads, architects, SMEs, UX designers, and other key stakeholders, to design fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• An understanding of both the end‑user and the technical perspective is critical.
