Business Analyst – Auckland
We are looking for someone with experience in designing and delivering business and technical solutions that enable effective outcomes across client and internal initiatives. This role operates as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, requiring strong communication, responsiveness and collaboration to align business goals and delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and manage expectations.
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements through structured workshops, stakeholder interviews, and analysis.
- Produce clear, fit‑for‑purpose documentation including business requirements, test plans, impact assessments, and incident reporting.
- Define and map data exchange structures (e.g., flat files, specifications).
- Collaborate with technical teams to support set‑up and integration of data and platform interfaces.
