This individual will be expected to participate in the following

activities:



• Analyze system documentation and system artifacts to

develop an understanding of the associated business process.

• Elicit business system requirements using one or more of the

following methods: analyze current processes, interview users,

conduct group meetings, review/analyze existing

documentation or system artifacts.

• Document and analyze 'as is' and 'to be' business processes.

• Develop or maintain high-level and detailed system

requirements in the form of clear business requirements

documents, context diagrams, process flow diagrams, data

dictionaries, and use cases.

• Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases.

• Develop or maintain user acceptance testing plans and help

desk support guides.
