ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES



Note: All official drafts, documents and recommendations, as listed below, must be reviewed, finalized and approved / accepted by appropriate BPA manager or other federal personnel with the authority to do so.



Telecom Governance Board Support



Provide support for the Telecom Governance Board: business capabilities development and implementation, monitoring deadlines and preparation of status updates to Board members, stakeholders and sponsors, tracking communication traffic of Board email and updating available information and files on the Board SharePoint site, and calendar and schedule maintenance, as needed.



Provide program support, such as:



Logistical coordination



Technical writing and coordination/interpretation



Time management



Reporting on performance and accomplishments



Project management support
