Role Summary

The Bullion Sales & Operations Director oversees Singapore’s bullion business, encompassing physical gold trading, gold-backed lending, and client gold funding activities. This role is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the company’s required registration and licence as a Regulated Dealer under the Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2019 (PSPM Act). The Director ensures full compliance with licensing conditions, while driving commercial growth, operational excellence and secure delivery logistics across all gold trading and custody operations.

Licensing, Compliance & Regulatory Management
