            Facility & Building Maintenance Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly routine checks of building facilities and workshop infrastructure to ensure proper operating conditions. 
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs of building systems. 
Carry out visual inspections and functional checks of workshop utilities and equipment (e.g., air lines, air compressors, wash bays, hoists, etc.). 
Proactively identify, arrest, and report potential issues before breakdown or failure occurs. 
Raise timely work requests and elevate abnormalities to the Facility Manager or appointed contractors for corrective action. 
Track recurring issues and recommend preventive measures to reduce downtime and repair costs. 
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or statutory servicing.
