Building Systems Supervisor – Cross-Regional- Full Time

Position Description: Reporting to Building Systems Manager, the Building Systems Supervisor will lead and oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance of building mechanical systems across the portfolio. The supervisor acts as the primary escalation point for complex system issues and contractor coordination. In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, the supervisor works within programs that support residents experiencing mental health concerns and/or substance use who require support to maintain housing stability.
