We are looking for a candidate to supervise two office buildings and maintain close relationship with tenants.

The ideal candidate would be mechanically adept and be able to supervise others working on repairs and maintenance.

Ideally experience in this environment would be beneficial.

Fluency in Spanish and English is preferable.
