Expert Modular Consultants, LLC seeks a building plan reviewer to join our growing staff. 
 
Responsibilities include coordinating the review and submittal of building plans and supporting documents to verify compliance with customer specifications, code requirements and structural details.  Review building plans (architectural, accessibility, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, life safety, fire safety and sections). Perform standard analysis of structural, HVAC and energy systems using company calculation programs.
