Building Operator, Level 2 – Vancouver, BC – BGO Properties

Responsibilities

• Perform building condition testing, inspection, and maintenance documentation.
• Work with contractors to complete repairs, obtain pricing, and manage maintenance service agreements on site.
• Act as liaison with contractors for construction projects.
• Maintain climate and environmental control systems (BAS) and other mechanical systems.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation for all buildings in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with other members of the operations team.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, electrical, elevation devices, roofing, and life safety systems.
• Perform general maintenance activities such as sweeping, litter pick up, shoveling, and pressure washing.
