About the Role

Sunbromate (Pty) Ltd is a growing importer and distributor of tiles, ceramics, and float glass, serving wholesale, retail, and project-based customers across South Africa and neighbouring markets.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage a sales team, monitor target completion rate, and deal with complex internal cross‑department communication and external customer challenges. This role requires strong communication skills and open‑mind thinking, and most importantly, the ability to identify the essence behind a problem and take action to resolve it.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Team Leadership
  Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, ride‑along field visits, and coaching sessions. Address underperformance decisively through training, corrective action, or restructuring where required.
