One of our best clients is looking for a skilled Building Maintenance Technician their facilities here in the Nashville area.

The Building Maintenance Technician processes work orders for repairs, improvements, upkeep and preventative maintenance for a large commercial property with numerous HVAC units and an aquatics/pool area. They will ensure the upkeep and repair of grounds and buildings is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with some weekend work when needed

This position offers:
