Job Description

An apartment complex is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure that apartment units, electrical and mechanical equipment, and common areas remain in good working order. Additionally, you will make maintenance and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry with an emphasis on preventative maintenance. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, you will be on call for evenings every third week. They are looking to fill an opening in both Austintown and Newton Falls, Ohio.
