We are seeking a Building Maintenance Mechanic -HVAC License to perform Duties include making scheduled tests and inspections; Determining necessary work on building equipment and fixtures including but not limited to the HVAC system, plumbing, refrigeration equipment, electrical, lighting systems, compressed air systems, water cooled chillers, and DDC building automation systems.
