Main Purpose:

To plan, deliver, and evaluate the Building Independence (BI) curriculum within The Autism Project (TAP). The role supports learners to develop skills for Preparation for Adulthood (PfA), with a primary focus on independence and progression outcomes aligned with their EHCP targets and aspirations.

You will also contribute to the wider strategic development of TAP alongside the Principal and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

As the Building Independence pathway enters its second year, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to its ongoing development and growth. With smaller learner cohorts, the focus will be on delivering high-quality, personalised support while helping to shape and expand the pathway.
