• Perform daily inspections around the building to check for building defects and safety issues; propose and obtain quotations for necessary repair and maintenance works
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance
• Supervise and perform routine maintenance works and repair services when required
• Attend to tenants’ requests, feedback and complaints
• Oversee and monitor housekeeping, tenancy fit outs and building improvement works
• Manage in-house security to ensure smooth operations
• Implement fire safety procedures and conduct routine fire drills for the building
