Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs. General building fabric maintenance including doors, locks/hinges, flooring, and internal fixtures. Floor repairs including fitting and replacing tiles and other surface materials. Minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and basic pipework maintenance. Carrying out basic painting, patch repairs, and general upkeep of internal and external areas. Accurately completing job sheets, compliance documentation, and CAFM system updates.
