About the Role We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented BuildingEngineer to support and oversee BCA-mandated building inspections, includingPeriodic Façade Inspection (PFI) projects across residential, commercial,industrial, and mixed-use developments in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuringcompliance with the Singapore Building Control Act, managing inspectionprocesses, preparing technical reports, coordinating façade inspections(including drone-assisted inspections), and liaising with clients, consultants,and authorities.
