**Overview**

Join a premier Class A high-rise as a Building Engineer supporting complex, high-end systems. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential, including a path to **Assistant Chief Engineer** .

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair:
+ Chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAVs, pumps
+ Troubleshoot:
+ Cooling towers, motors, generators, UPS systems
+ Perform preventive maintenance:
+ Filters, belts, chemical treatment/testing
+ Support:
+ Plumbing, lighting, kitchen equipment, general mechanical systems
+ Follow safety procedures:
+ Lockout/tagout and compliance standards
+ Complete work orders and documentation accurately
+ Assist with facility projects and minor repairs

**Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of building/facilities maintenance
+ 2+ years of HVAC troubleshooting (chillers, boiler...
