About the Job:
We are looking for a part time cleaner to join our team at Natures Edge! If you take pride in maintaining a place for residents to call home, and love to tackle grime, and make things sparkle and shine, then we would love to talk to you more about this opportunity.
The cleaner is responsible for performing cleaning tasks in the hallways and common areas of an apartment community (5 buildings total) in Morris. Occasional cleaning will also be completed in vacant apartments.
Twice Weekly:
- Vacuum and mop all floors.
- Clean common area rooms – laundry room, fitness center, community room, lobbies, or other gathering spaces. This includes dusting, mopping and vacuuming floors, furniture, cleaning windows, and taking out trash.
- Wipe down washers and dryers.
- Walk parking lot(s) and grounds, picking up all debris
Resident Turnovers:
